A Message to the IRL Token  Community

Many of us in the community have been enthusiastic about what the IRL token represents, helping the homeless and those in need. It started off with so much promise and much time has past since the original live stream, with minimal updates. While we can not comprehend what’s going on behind the scenes, the community desires to see this project move forward and receive the attention it fully deserves.

Relying on a single point of failure—or even a single point of success—is rarely the best way to grow any initiative. With this in mind, a group of  community members with experience in all aspects of technology, marketing, and administration felt it was time to step up and bring the visibility this movement so rightfully deserves.

Simply put - the intention was right, and the execution needs to be 100x more impactful. Unfortunately, execution is the most difficult part of the process, and we as a community need to elevate the inspiration and intention of the IRL token and take it to unimaginable levels.

Please note that some of the ideas presented in this article are conceptual and represent what we aspire to achieve in the future. We will clearly indicate when an item has been completed or implemented. Many of the ideas rely on full community participation, and we hope they will inspire and motivate people to get involved.

A Decentralized Cause

Furthermore, in order to be a success, the IRL token movement should be completely decentralized, and the operations should (eventually) be carried out in the same manner. We only centralize what needs to be centralized.

For instance, administrative tasks might remain centralized, while streamers operate in a fully decentralized manner.

Communications from central accounts - centralized for the time being, but community members should create their own X.com accounts as well. Think multiple and regional X accounts - United Kingdom, Canada, United States, India, Philippines, etc. After this, the IRL community can break down into future regions as growth continues. ALL action should be shared to the main page, along with streaming updates shared from the main page, etc.

It’s time to follow through, and grow this inspiring and well-meant IRL token to $1 billion. Meme tokens with ZERO intention grow to unimaginable valuations. The IRL token HAS intention and serves a purpose beyond self to grow as a community.

Mission and Vision

Simple - bring the crypto community together and create real-world impact through community, and purpose-driven action. A $1B market cap. Feed and rehabilitate millions. Create a 24/7 stream through our worldwide network. In order for the 24/7 stream to take place (on various X accounts), this movement MUST be distributed across many countries.

The Plan

Community members are serious about this, and have already began to execute the plan. This website, is a primary example, but there is plenty of work to do, and the job should not rest on the shoulders of a couple of people.

1. The Website
The site has been created. A few community members paid out of their own pockets - hosting, the domain, site development, etc.

2. Ambassador Program

People from around the globe are eager to join this movement, and it’s time to rally the troops! The ambassador program will enable us to distribute funds to individuals committed to supporting streamers who help feed the homeless and improve the lives of those in need. This is just the start, and we hope community members will take the initiative to eventually post, & stream on their own. To ensure transparency and prevent fraud—a common concern in the crypto space—we will review contact form submissions. Here is some more general information:

a. Applications
Interested individuals can apply to become ambassadors through the contact form. If you wish to give out food on your own accord, even better! We'd be happy to add you as am ambassador in the future updates of the site.

b. Review Process
Each application will be  reviewed to ensure alignment with the program’s goals.

c. Funds Allocation
Ambassadors may receive funds from the donation wallet. Initially, these amounts will be modest to build trust. Recipients must provide receipts and a record of the number of individuals helped. These receipts may eventually be uploaded to a public area.

d. Live Stream Calendar
A public calendar will display expected live stream times, eventually integrated directly into the site.

e. Social Media Promotion
The live stream schedule will be shared on Twitter, with retweets and reposts amplifying the program’s visibility and impact.

3. Donations

Again, to show you that we're serious, a few community members have completed the following:

a. Seeded an on chain wallet with $500 worth of IRL tokens, purchased in the open market. Over time, as the IRL token gains value, the wallet will convert IRL into SOL or USDC. Any decision to sell the token will be strategic and with a gradual approach that safeguards the token’s value.

4. Influencers
Once all the above is in place, we will begin reaching out to influencers on X and YouTube., and hopefully they will reach out to us! The common goal is to raise awareness, and provide influencers with funds if they are willing to hand out food in their city.
